Sound Heart Yoga

Restful yoga for stressful times. Yoga for a sound heart, body, and mind. Come experience gentle restorative yoga classes with sound therapy to help build flexibility and resilience in body, mind, and spirit. Focusing on creating a safe space and dialog with self, these classes help anyone working through a history of trauma, major life transitions, or everyday stress.

Largely intended to help participants begin to trust themselves and become comfortable in their own skin, these classes involve gentle, supported postures accompanied by soothing vibrational sound therapy.

No former experience with yoga is necessary, we meet you where you are.

Classes are kept small (no more than 6 participants) to allow for maximum support and well-being of all.

Mats and props are provided.
