Sound Heart Yoga
Yoga for a sound heart, body, and mind. Gentle trauma-informed yoga classes with Heart Math meditations and sound therapy to help build flexibility and resilience in body, mind, and spirit. Focusing on creating safe space and dialog with self, these classes help anyone working through a history of trauma or moving through life transitions. Intended to help participants begin to trust themselves and become comfortable in their own skin. No former experience with yoga is necessary, we meet you where you are.
Classes are kept small (no more than 6 participants) to allow for maximum support and well-being of all.
Mats and props are provided.
